Educational simulation that replicates the workings of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union. Participants assume the roles of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) or national ministers, engaging in debates, negotiations, and decision-making processes.

The Venice Diplomatic Society hosted a conference examining the European Union’s responses to the protests in Turkey and Serbia, and the broader implications of those responses. The event featured Professor Kerem Öktem from Ca’ Foscari University, Marko Todorovic from Belgrade’s European Policy Center, and Alper Kaliber from the Istanbul Policy Center. Together, they provided valuable insights into the protest movements in their respective countries, bringing these discussions to our university for the first time in an official capacity.
